Wonders of the World

When we started our trip we had no idea how to plan our route. I’d heard of people attempting to see as many UNESCO World Heritage Sites as possible but that was still to vague for us. The Wonders of the World were always something that had appealed to me, and I thought… how cool would it be to attempt to see as many of the Wonders of the World as possible?! So, we had a goal. Finding a single concise list of World Wonders was a little more complicated than I expected but we settled on the four lists below and the Ancient Wonders of the World (of which 6 of 7 are destroyed) is also listed.

All of the Wonders of the World coloured green and accompanied by photos are the ones we have visited so far. Click on them to read the related post.
